Other features of the project were 65,132 square feet of retail space, 57,678 square feet of food and beverage (including 11 restaurants and bars and a nightclub), 32,942 square feet of convention and meeting space, a 15,571 square foot spa and gym, and a 5,006 square foot four-season atrium garden located at the main lobby entrance.
The gaming facility includes 3,200 slot machines and 160 gaming tables. This project included a 506-room, 356-foot-tall luxury hotel comprised of 595,419 SF and a 213,094 SF gaming facility. Shen Milsom & Wilke provided acoustical consulting expertise for the Encore Boston Harbor (previously known as the Wynn) in Everett, Massachusetts.
